Areas of Focus
People rarely work on just one thing at a time. These are some of the areas I commonly address with clients — though two people rarely face the same path.
Active Quests
Primary Focus
Understand Patterns
Identify your triggers, set boundaries around screen time, and build a daily routine that doesn't revolve around games or devices. This is the boss fight — everything else supports it.
Reclaim Your Time
Take an honest look at where your hours go. Shift passive scrolling and endless sessions with intentional activities that move your life forward.
Side Quests
Relationships
Reconnect with the people who matter. Have the hard conversations, show up consistently, and rebuild trust that addiction may have eroded.
Responsibilities
Regain focus and reliability at work or school — meeting deadlines, setting boundaries, and rebuilding a sense of dependability.
Physical Health
Start moving again in small, manageable ways — a walk, stretching, the gym — and build habits that support your overall well-being. Take time for your body.
Sleep
Develop a wind-down routine without screens and work toward a more consistent sleep schedule. Rest makes everything else easier to address.
Off-Screen Interests
Explore hobbies and activities that don't involve gaming or scrolling. Fill the void with activities that give you genuine satisfaction and growth.
